arrange words on CorelDraw, give it white and black only. draw the character and the joystick. i spent more times on the joystick, it is quite hard and must detailed for the stripping CMYK colors on the body (yeah, in case of beginner skill like me, it is quite hard). and for finishing, coloring and blending on Photoshop. the text, colored manually with brush (and wheew... need about a half hour to do this) . and yay, mixed it with texture from. . OH I LOVE CMYK!
